What is Your Focus?

Last time we looked at "Where is Your Focus?" Today, we will discover what is your focus in your daily life?

Scripture:Philippians 4:8 (ESV)

^{Often we focus on different things, material things, technological things, objects, typically what we often physically place in our hands or even touch.} 

^{What is your focus on?}

^{Is your focus on material things? Worldly ideologies? Other people?}

^{This is the time to get focused on eternal things, the things of God.} 

Let's read what Apostle Paul wrote to the Phillipian Church regarding praise worthy focus:

⁸Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things. Phil. 4:8

Apostle Paul wrote to the Colossian Church declaring to them to put their focus, their minds on heavenly things, things above:

¹If then you have been raised with Christ, seek the things that are above, where Christ is, seated at the right hand of God. 

²Set your minds on things that are above, not on things that are on earth. Col. 3:1-2

As Followers of Christ, we are to focus on Christ, what He revealed to us and what He did for us and continues to do for our lives on a daily basis.
